How many countries does the KCP offer Report service?
At present we cover over 260 countries.
What is the normal delivery time for Re-Check Report?
Authentication & Verification (A&V) Report: 3 days
Global Credential Report (GCR): 7 days
Re-Check Report (RCR): Normal (6~15 days)
Re-Check Report (RCR): Express (4~5 days)
Re-Check Report (RCR): Flash (1~3 days)
Note : As subscribers will appreciate, each country has it's own particular religious and National holidays and hence the definition of ""working day"" is based on the country in which the KCP's report has been ordered.
Where does KCP's global agents generate it's international report ?
Mostly KCP's locally associated companies own their own proprietary database. Corporate data originates from a wide range of sources including but not limited to :
Face-to-face interviews held at industry trade shows, exhibitions and seminars
Annual reports
Local investigators' field reports
Shipping documents
Local media coverage
Market research reports
Tele-updating
Govt. registered records on Export & Import performance
Court records on litigation
Tax authorities
Official records of debt incurred and collections organized by third parties.

What happens if a subscriber orders a report and it is not to be delivered within the guided working days?
KCP exerts every possible effort to deliver reports within the guided working days. Occasionally, due to unforeseen complications, a report might be delayed. In a scenario whereby a KCP report is delayed and a subscriber fails to receive notification of completion, please contact our customer service center at cs@biztopia.com.
Is it possible to obtain a "trial" access to KCP?
Unfortunately the answer is "No".
Can I use both Internet Explorer (IE) and Netscape to access KCP?
Yes, provided your Netscape version is 6.0 or more recent. Otherwise you will be obliged always to use Internet Explorer to access KCP.
Can I cancel a report order which I placed?
Unfortunately the answer is "No". ? However as a result of investigations, if it is determined that there exists absolutely no knowledge, recognition nor trace of a company's existence (legal or otherwise), then the order will be cancelled and the subscriber informed accordingly of the cancellation.
How are completed reports delivered to a subscriber?
The procedure involved in delivering reports is very simple: The report can be viewed at the email you have specified when opening your KCP account.
